We Did Not Start as Consultants

We didn’t start as consultants. We were inside high-growth organizations—leading teams, scaling systems, building strategies—and we kept running into the same frustrating patterns:

  • Strategies that looked good on paper but never reached the people doing the work
  • “Best practices” applied without context, as if every organization were the same
  • Consultants who sold playbooks instead of asking better questions

So we started asking: What would it look like to partner with organizations as living systems—not machines?

What if consulting could be regenerative, not extractive? What if it could leave teams stronger, not more dependent?

Those questions became the foundation of Differbloom:

Differbloom is a founder-led practice with a growing constellation of collaborators. We work at the intersection of systems thinking, organizational psychology, and strategic change. While Differbloom is currently guided by Alyssa Jones, it's intentionally built for scale—through partnerships with scholar-practitioners, facilitators, and implementation allies who share our values and depth. We believe in working small, smart, and systemically—partnering deeply, then expanding impact the right way: with intention, not just headcount.

Alyssa Jones

Founder. Systems Thinker. Organizational Architect.

Alyssa brings two decades of experience across organizational development, psychology, and learning strategy. She’s led teams, scaled systems, and built capability inside fast-growth companies—then founded Differbloom to help others do the same.

Currently completing a Ph.D., she bridges research and practice with a focus on making the invisible visible: uncovering hidden dynamics, decoding human patterns, and designing change that lasts. She’s worked across industries—from healthcare to real estate—helping teams untangle complexity, build clarity, and grow capability.
